I'm pretty sure it will be Scorpion from MK2, for a few reasons.For one, the pose is almost identical to the silhouette picture of Scorpion previously shown in this thread, another thing is what appears to be an arm guard on it's left arm like what the ninjas wear, and the feet have similar looking footwear that the ninjas wear, and finally, Jerry mentioned a while ago that he's currently working on 1/3 MK2 statues.

It might be Scorpion from MK Deception/Armageddon, in his alternate uniform[the one that's similar to his UMK3 uniform.]

I HIGHLY doubt Jerry would make anything besides klassic mk, or brand new MK. There is no way he is going to make statues for games in the middle of the series that hold no nostagic value, or aren't for hte newest game in the series. That would be a HORRIBLE idea.

If you look at the picture of the teased 1/3 statue, the arm guard on it's left arm is pointed going towards the elbow, and the version of Scorpion I described in his alternate costume has that also.Not only that, I found a picture of Scorpion in a similar pose in this costume also.
