Even if a deal does go through, we won’t see any new Bowen merchandise until 2015.

Personally, I am kind of glad Randy is taking 2014 off. The new pieces coming out at SDCC this year look to be outstanding. Companies like Koto, Sideshow, DC Direct, and others seem to be going all out with new statues and figures. The next couple years are going to be painful on the old pocketbook.

Kind of a "thanks for the memories!" retrospective.

I think that if we knew what was going on we could be vocal to Marvel about it.

I don't care if it's bad news, just give us the details.

Yeah ... But, why even do that if you're planning on folding up shop? Somebody at BD is taking the time to post daily on social media. Somebody is getting paid to do that (along w/ other duties). Why even bother if you don't plan on being around much longer?

As much as I enjoy talking about Bowen Designs there's been nothing but speculations, predictions, and hearsays lately. There's really nothing left to do but wait until Bowen Designs announces their next move.

I'm glad for the one year pause since I got to save up for a lot of other pieces from other companies but I really hope they don't stop producing Marvel statues. My collection is mostly composed of BD FS statues.

I'm cool with the break as well, so is my wallet. That being said knowing what the future holds sooner rather than later will help me better plan my expenditures and adjust my collecting habits.
