To be honest if BD stopped producing Marvel pieces right now and flipped to DC I'd be the happiest collector in the world.

If he just signed on the dotted line i'm sure he would have the license straight away, he's obviously trying to get a better deal and that's why it's taking so long.
With production costs getting higher and the amount he sells getting lower ( especially with not well known characters ) he probably wants the best deal he can get.
He's always said he could get any license he wanted so if Marvel didn't happen it wouldn't mean the end of Bowen Designs at all.

I did not want to write it out here.
but what you just said is what I have been suspecting for some time.
I believe the marvel license do not come cheap.
maybe he wants to get a Marvel license that cost him little money?

That would be something. Gotta admit it. Quite a few DC characters popping up in my head that I would buy in a heartbeat. Knowing Bowen Designs would be doing them there would be no worries in my mind about quality and sculpt/paint. Only size nuts would be complaining imho

The best scenario IMO would be for Bowen to have both the Marvel and DC licenses simultaneously like Sideshow does. There are a few Marvel characters I'd really like to see get done to finish up the line, but would love for there to be an overlapping transition into the DC line. Of course I'd then need to refigure my monthly collecting budget.
