Last week of Feb for Japan and Europe. Last week of March for US. BBT sometimes ships early.

Not sure if it's just the angle or lighting, but the face looks different to me. The prototype was more stern and determined, while the production piece seems kinda lost or bored. 
Again, I'm really hoping it's just the angle or something.

I'm feeling the same. It's as if the slight downward curl that was there at the edge of her lips in the prototype has been straightened.. softening her expression a bit.. I hope it's just the angle too
