Batman B&W Tony Millionaire?

Has anyone heard news on production of the Tony Millionaire Batman statue shown at the NY Toy Fair some time ago?

His art style is certainly unique and may not be to everyone's liking, but this is one I will certainly add to my collection if produced.

Thanks.

I don't think it was ever solicited. They might have put it on the back burner after getting a mixed response from the NYCC reveal.

I don't recall seeing any other that were previewed like this with a prototype/sample and then not produced. I do hope this gets made.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Looks like it's an Entertainment Earth exclusive. I think this is the first retailer exclusive B&W statue.
