Harley's chest tattoo looks pretty demonic and unsettling, but it works for the Biker Gang motif. The colors are vibrant and I love the dynamic pose.
But couldn't they have thrown in the hyenas? That would've made this statue PERFECT.

Where is that hyena concept from? The hyenas in the side-car are awesome.

BTAS Reference, Harley had them in nearly every episode she was in.
If She wasn't in that Ep, Mr. J usually had them.

Got that bro - I was wondering if that was a prototype or a PhotoShop workup you did or posed up with figures type thing.

By all accounts the image is legit, Matches, but the concept was scrapped due to cost. A pity since Bud and Lou would've taken this statue to a whole 'nother level.
I found the image on Comics Alliance's website. Here's their bit on the statue and the link to the rest of the article.
You might remember the biker chic Catwoman statue from last year. This Harley follows suit in a companion piece of sorts. The initial concept called for Harley’s longtime hyena companions to join her on the ride in a sidecar, but the idea was abandoned due to the increase in costs the extra bike appendage would have incurred. However, DC Collectibles’ Vice President of Creative Services, Kevin Kiniry, did hint that there may be (and that’s a big may) a higher end, limited version of the original design offered to those who don’t mind paying extra.

I really hope so, I'd much prefer it with the hyenas.

Cool; thanks for that and sharing the link Gomur. The two, regular and premium, versions is a very unique and very cool idea from DCD.
