From my experience last time when I bought the Arkham Knight, they force me to make another billing agreement and charge me additional fees when they couldn't charge my card, and my card was good too. I feel like their pay plan style is terrible and that is why I never ever do payment plan again with them.

Yeah, I usually make a new billing agreement for each new statue. YMMV

The website also says that
1) customer service will be closed from May 1 to 10
2) shipping costs will be increasing
3) shipping will be paused during May 1-10 and resume on 5/11
