yes, it can come off the plaque. it's a nice piece. there was an orange sticker that i was able to peel cleanly from the gun's barrel.

Great details but I honestly think 3000pcs are too much...
MR should really shrink their edition size, I'm tired of this "you-can-find-it-everywhere" type of high-end collectibles. My LCS got this pistol in for months and it's still there.
I would pick up the CM Sparrow rather than these replicas.
I'm not saying these replicas are not good, just they're not as good as a statue on the representational aspect.
What makes him so "Jack Sparrow"? His gun? His compass? I say niether. It's the overall appearance and the attitude he shows, and that's what I see in the CM statue.
Hope I didn't irritate anyone, MR is a great company fo sure but they really should stop acquiring pointless license such as Narnia...
And that's a great pick up without doubt, P1X4R.

That's great to know P1, I'll have to try that myself. Got my trio last week and got them hung. Actually more pleased with these than I have been anything I have received in a very long time. Luck out too that the detail on the frames really complement the frame of a Jack Sparrow litho I have displayed with them.

I can't recommend these pieces enough to anyone and don't knock those higher ES. They helped me get these for a semi-steal, less than $430 for all 3 which I was very pleased with and have even seen the compass for less this week.

Great pics P1!!!!!!

I got excited thinking the CM Jack preorder went live. Damn you!

I got the Compass and managed to get a plaque holder from MR. I think the frame display doesn't work for these pieces.

That's really dope! I didn't know they were making a prop out of this! I too love how it's displayed on a frame like that. Wonder if they would ever do Punisher's Colts in a case.

Wow, I canceled mine after I saw the pics in the RS Forum. I think I do have to order this again! Have the compass and I really love it and it seems, I gonna love that gun as much as my other PotC stuff!

Thanks a lot for the pics

Considered this and Jack's cutlass but passed on them in the end. I may have to reconsider both though.
