Okay so which one is it? One has red eyes and the other don’t. I like the Sideshow image but the other one is just an ugly mess. I’d order but I don’t know what to expect.

Good question. I really like the Sideshow picture and hope that is closer to what I get as took a chance and PO'ed this one.

Looks like a crap prototype base. Doesn't resemble the bases used in this line at all.

They pulled the same crap with a Superman bust a few years ago. It was supposed to have normal eyes, but some people received ones with red eyes.

Updated the original post with the listing from the DC Solicitations.
I guess we are getting red eyes? What the hell is going on.
EDIT.
Jim Lee confirmed the one shown on the SSC website is the actual production version, not the one with the red eyes.
