I think its represented on the CC piece but doesn't seem to look as dark or pronounced as it seems on the legacy endo.
As i say i think its there but its not showing as strong, could be lighting or the apparent and discussed issue of the overall paint not portraying the same reflective pop as the legacy or CC full size endo.

I also noticed that. I suppose they could have switched things up during production or something, but in the making of clip the gun metal is very obvious. I think we've established the difference between pics and video, so obviously we need some video of CC's production. Perhaps that will get across how these truly appear. There is one on CC's FB of the QC skull process and it comes off very much like polished terminator steel

Still not as great as full on legacy 1:1 paint app as that chrome-ish appearance is easily seen in the product page pics, but I know I will be happy with it.
If the gun metal is supposed to be apparent in the final 1:1 version and it's not showing up in pics on the 1:1, a video might do it some good. Personally, I don't like it. I don't hate it, either. But I'm not up for buying one so it doesn't matter. I get the point. I like the idea of the point. But at least with what I've seen, they went too dark so I have a feeling they changed it and wasn't reflected in the making of video, and that's what we're seeing for the 1:1 and 1:4s here. It's either not there anymore or it's much less apparent.
