Production price increases baffle me sometimes. But it probably has to do with a severe lack of decent painting factories in China.

If you can get an equal amount of satisfaction from spending x amount of dollars on a statue. You should always look for future products priced 5% higher to get the same amount of satisfaction. Anything below this is actually a bargain. I can only see sideshow being smart about this and pricing this between 1250-1300 based on their previous showpiece, thanos.

Not surprising doomsday is also priced as such.

Some of prime 1 pieces are already hitting 1.1k, up from 900 only 2-3 years ago. Anything more than that is honestly overpriced for a basic museum 1/3 scale.

Half a year and still no full statue. They are playing with our impulse. The longer you take to look at something the more the imperfections stand out. Same thing woth that kinetiquettes Mai . Goes on preorder literally next month and not even a full painted statue seen

I hate discussing prices but Thanos came out last year or 2017? Either way prices have gone up since then several times, and another hike with the last PF, Punisher, a standard PF which brings the basic PF to $600.

Price alone would probably deter me from Juggernaut unless there’s a killer exclusive, and once statues are this expensive on the larger pieces I don’t like for there to even be an exclusive, you should just get everything, but design wise, I like for Juggernaut to look like there could be some possible way a whole head can fit in that helmet as opposed to the flat headed look. I know it’s not supposed to be realistic but Deadpool 2 made it work well. This statue has a very flat head. I’d love a switch out with more of a head to it.
