I just hope they make a clear post for this thing. Otherwise it will look weird.
Personally, I would rather have zero lights and zero articulation for a larger size. My hope was 1/4 scale rather than 1/6.

FYI... There are two studio probe droids really, probably more given they blew one up.
The full size and the miniature. So accuracy has at least two standards of measure.

from what I observed when it was released, most probably got broken in (and will continue to be broken in) shipping. Great idea with unfortunate execution imo.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Indeed. But the Attakus is not modeled after one of them but after both scaled and life-size one, being a combo of some sort. In a way similar with the old Master Replicas Y-Wing which too wasn't made after a real screen used model, but in fact made with bits and parts from a few different models - the upcoming eFX Y-Wing should be more accurate.

The Attakus is cool but way too fragile and seems packing was not designed too well either.

I know it is for me. I had to pass on 2 very accurate Probot studio scale runs on another forum, so this SS 1:6 figure will do fine.

Two things kept me away from this piece, the horror pictures of broken parts (the fragile issue) and the price tag, a lot of $$$ for the kind of "character", nonetheless it is an incredible statue.
I'm so glad that Sideshow is making one, ESB is my favorite of the OT. The price sounds reasonable ($250), the scale 1/6 is fine by me and hopefully there will be no breakage issues. I couldn't care less for light up and sounds features, I would have preferred a cheaper price instead of these options.
