Here is the basic info on it off their site

• Fiberglass cast replica of Episode III Vader helmet, display stand and plaque
• Molded from the same CAD-generated master pattern used for "Revenge of the Sith"
• Flawless form, unlike any previous Vader helmets, which were hand-sculpted
• Detachable rear panel with quick-release connectors for wearing
• Spacious, padded interior with adjustable mounting straps and foam blocks
When he turns bad, things get reeeally good. Darth Vader is represented here by the very helmet that crowns him Lord of the Dark Side. It is unique in that a single helmet was used for his transformation in "Revenge of the Sith." And, whereas previous Vader helmets were hand-sculpted and subsequently had various crooked or asymmetrical lines and flaws, this one involved a CAD modeling process wherein one half was drawn (in CAD) and then mirrored to create a perfectly symmetrical helmet. This . . .
• Catalog # : 713638 ASIN: B0007ZHJJS DPCI: 087-06-1615

I spoke to one of the guys at the MR booth and he told me that the vader was going to cost $899 and that it would be wearable and be an exact replica of the one used in revenge of the sith with all of the same seperating pieces. The vader helmet was out of my price range but their new storm trooper helmet will be in my price range.

I've had this helmet on preorder with Target for about 4 months now. Back when I order it though, they gave me a $100 discount with free shipping. Not sure if that is still offered now though. It should be going up for sale soon at MR's site, and dealers will most likely have it for about $75-$100 less. This will no doubt be the finest Vader helmet available.
