Can someone help me to verify that this statue is genuine or otherwise? It looks to me like a bootleg but I am not sure maybe it's just his camera skill sucks xD

Pls help me out...been looking out for Nine-tailed fox statue for so long...

You're right, no doubt this is a bootleg. The dot at the 'R' is a trademark of the counterfeit. Also Naruto's face isn't right and notice the lack of gloss on his clothes.

yea, I notice that the eyebrow isn't quite right too.

What really is scary was that it has a box too! And has a stand that is numbered as well...

Yes, the box is very decieving, it is almost a perfect replica of the real thing, including the foam inside. Usually the price already says enough but the faults can clearly be seen when you know. These statues usually look bright and polished. His pose is also off.

As for the reg. nine-tailed version. Keep looking on Ebay, including the foreign pages. Somebody just asked me where to find one only a week ago and a few days later he got one from Ebay. I'll keep an eye out for you

I am still in conversation with the seller, it looks like he is not convinced with what I said.

He is probably a victim too as he also mention that "no matter how ppl replicate the bootlegs, they will not be able to replicate the box as well"

Hey, Goikuchan~, do you have any photo of the bootleg together with the box? I just want to let him informed the bootleg is out there since all the staffs he sell seems legit except for this one lol

I'm afraid I don't have any pics of the box but it looked exactly the same as the real thing. Black shiny box with the yellow front and swirl, including every logo and name.
