These were the three options McFarlane customer service gave me:
1. We can offer a prepaid return label for a full refund. A new order can be placed for a replacement.
2. We can offer a prepaid return label for a repair.
3. We can give you a $25 store credit for a future purchase.
I asked about option 2 and if im just returning the arm/bent gun or do i have to return the whole piece and waiting to hear back.
