It sort of works, but it hardly seems that would have been Gambit's course of action at that point. Just looking for justification so if indeed this is XM, I can be ok with it. Hope something changes though.
Yeah, I was thinking he was mid-vault using his bo staff. I really dig this piece. The modern tweaks to his costume, like the fully-armored boots and more segmented torso armor, are more successful than many of the comic attempts (or Mezco's, if you follow their 1:12 toy line) to do so.

I think it looks excellent. No issues with the pose and I'm usually picky. Blows all of the customs out of the water.

A little over textured, but very cool. What's up with the right side of his collar? It looks like they removed it just so it didn't block his face. Surely they could've been more creative than that. I don't like it as much as Sideshow's but, it's still a must buy for me. I hope they make a couple small adjustments. Sometimes less is more. The pose is amazing!

I'm sure the collar is all there. The face is covering a good part of the right side. XM is always going to put a lot of texture in their statues.

Maybe the collar is folded in under his chin. The texturing on the inside of the coat is overkill. I kind of wish the abdomen area was smooth.
