Hey, anyone get the PCS Chun-Li classic and have issues with the red satin material bleeding onto the statue? I have spots on her hair buns and her foot that have red stains I can't wipe off!
Also, there's a chip where her butt meets the stocking seam, and the bridge of her nose has a strange patch where the skin tone seems to have been rubbed off slightly.
Luckily the outfit itself seems nice, albeit the stitching isnt as centred as it could have been. Happy with it overall, but might check with the local distributor here if I can get a replacement head sculpt.

They know nothing about refunds owed either...
PCS will say anything to buy more time in hopes this issue will simply go away but don't realize some collectors simply will not forget.
Especially those owed thousands of dollars... Bunch of scammers..........

They do, I was added to a list the person you talked too probably doesn't know. Specifically here's the part from my email
"Thank you for contacting us. PCS will be providing us these new parts, but they have not arrived yet. As such, I have placed you on our internal waitlist to reserve a new right hand for you. You can expect an update as soon as the parts have arrived in our warehouse and are ready to ship."

Not to nitpick but they dont specificaly mention any knowledge of a shipment actualy being on it's way, just that they will be providing the parts. I will go with the person I talked to just didnt know explanation though, think positive

Indeed, and I don't think it's already on the way (if it is that's pretty quick tbh), but the way you made it sound I thought it meant the person didn't know that they were making replacement hands available which other SS reps have stated they are, if so likely that person just isn't aware. But as to the status of the hands no idea, I expect it to take a little longer personally.

For money, sure, parts? SS hasn't exactly had the greatest past of producing replacement parts :P Though I expect the parts to come through.

Here's my look at the Chun-Li statue, going over the handful of QC issues and the stuff I like. Overall a great piece for SF fans!

Ajax magic eraser can remove the red marks.
Butt chip can be fixed by simple filler, sanded and paint match with a simple blue.
Nose...try rubbing it off more with paper towel and your spit...believe it or not that works.

1) I might give that a go, but am worried it might remove the paint underneath too? That's the worry I have on the bridge of the nose because it looks like there was a mark there, and perhaps it was tried to remove it which remove a small area of brown skin paint so it's a different shade now.
2) I definitely dont have the skills to do that, and having it right next to the stocking seam would be hard to not get that impacted?
3) I tried water with the red marks and the patch on the nose. That didnt make any difference. As I mention above, the patch on the nose seems to be a rub area where a small patch of the brown skin paint has been rubbed off.
