There's a "domestic payment plan" option on the order page. There's also an "international payment plan" option.

Aren't all the pieces the same with the exception that the exclusive comes with an additional head sculpt? It is unlikely that the regular edition comes with the head attached (or if it is, then the "seam" is likely still there. Can anyone confirm if that is the case?

I can't confirm if this is the case with Mondo because this is only their fourth statue and I haven't seen reviews of the regular Red Rain statue, for example. But, yes, you're correct when it comes to companies like Sideshow and Kotobukiya, where the regular parts are still detachable and, often, even the packaging still has the empty slot where the exclusive parts would've been stored. That's how people are still able to separately sell the EX to regular owners who missed out, like with the Bane Premium Format most recently.
