So...please somebody explain to me...how is it possible that there is a lawsuit filed against Culture Shock Toys, Inc. (the official name of the company) but PCS Collectibles isn't involved?

They are technically 2 different companies. PCS's old "CULTURE SHOCK TOYS" is registered in California. In October they will have to re-file with California if they are still active but even if not a defunct business can be sued.

As part of their move to NC PCS registered in North Carolina as "PCS Collectibles" So technically the business are initially legally separate, for now. Make no mistake Mark Martin and Anthony Adam's financial situation definitely does affect PCS Collectibles orders, statues, and licenses.

That statement is rife with subterfuge to obfuscate the significance of the situation a lawsuit like this indicates, which is why it is met with ridicule.

Just like Gerald Jerry Macaluso saying he was just bringing on Mr Martin and Adams to help with the business, he just wanted to focus on art while he already had a clear end in mind, and his desire to not participate in business again as he begins a new business.

Names matter not. The registrations being in different states make a huge difference.
Of course they are the same for practical purposes, but for legal wrangling they are quite different.

One thing is certain...all this stinks.

As soon as I got my refund from Sideshow for my PCS orders I am done with that company. And I am glad.

Only thing that really sucks is the fact that I can't even really enjoy anymore those nearly worthless pieces of rocks I have from them.

I don't post unless I'm sure.
