Received my Lara today. And no breakages!
Beautiful is the word that perfectly sums up this statue.
The jaguar looks like a jaguar, yes, the portrait of Lara is slightly different from the proto one - a little more elongated- but nothing that can depress the aesthete that I am , the paint work on tree trunks, especially moss, is so well done... The color of the skin is perfect ( approved by my wife), all the weathering effects on clothes too.
I'll try to take decent photos later.

I don't think anyone mentioned the beautiful art box, with matt and glossy effects..?

Are anyone else's plants "shedding skin"? Looks like the paint didn't stick that well to the material, I moved those hanging plants and saw something fall off, then took a closer look and half of the paint is already missing Come to think of it, these could very well be decals.

Same. Only on some leaves of the hanging plant under the jaguar.
Probably deliberate? I prefer to think it is.

The detail level is quiet amazing!! But I do wish they did a better job with the portrait though. I just want to see one statue or even 1/6 scale figure that actually resembles the in-game model in terms of the portrait.

Which one though? 2013 in game model, 2013 cg model, 2013 HD remaster model, Rise in game model, Rise cg model, Shadow in game model, Shadow cg model? Because they're all different. And that's the most "consistent" trilogy in terms of character model.

Well, since this is supposed to be Shadow, the Shadow in-game model?

Also, on an unrelated note, I do feel that Rise and Shadow do look like the same person, relatively speaking, rather than 2013 vs. Rise.

Got mine on Saturday, I ordered from a Dutch store (I'm in Belgium), they received it on Tuesday from Weta.

About the plants: I don't see any plants 'shedding skin' on mine.

Very nice statue, I love the moss effect, and every detail looks great. Considering this is actually 2)statues-in-1 (the jaguar and tree are a statue on their own) I think the price is reasonable.

Got mine directly from Weta. I only had to pay shipping from Seattle to California.
