If you did not receive an email, but it appears in your account on the website, as a purchased order on your account on the website, you will recive it. Also if you were charged you on whatever payment method you used you will get it. Don't worry.

The site has your order, if you received a confirmation number at the end the of your purchase,and it shows on the site, you will receive it.

Hey guys,

Can you please fix the Paypal issue?

I've been trying to purchase all weekend and I still get the same error:

"PayPal gateway has rejected request. Item total is invalid (#10426: Invalid Data)."

I'm trying to purchase a regular 1/6 Ryu, paid in full.

Also, no I won't just use my credit card as the PrototypeZ website is not secure.

Hi, this might be a silly question but are the gloves on the regular Ryu red or brown? It's red on the website but in all the pictures and video I've seen from SDCC, it's brown. Anyone care to clarify?

Erick was told by tomorrow his website team will upload a new script that will fix the issue. His team also purchased a security element and the website should be secure. He will verify this tomorrow to make sure.



The site should be secure Erick and his Website team did purchase an SSL certificate and it was setup for the website.

Yes, battle damaged Ryu has red gloves. The regular Ryu has brown gloves. Here are images.

Thanks for the clarification. Might be a good idea to update the images on the website just in case it confuses people as it appears to be red on both.
