Mustang (2015) - In a village in northern Turkey, Lale and her four sisters are walking home from school, playing innocently with some boys which sets off a scandal that has unexpected consequences.
Excellent movie. 9/10

Anomalisa (2015) - A man crippled by the mundanity of his life experiences something out of the ordinary.
Very clever and trippy. Thinking about the question of when exactly did the breakdown start makes my head spin. 9/10

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

The Legend Of Hell House (1973) - 3/10
Not even Roddy McDowall can save this horror snooze fest. Probably one of 5 or 6 movies in the past 40 or so years dealing w/ a combo-science/physic team paid to spend the night in a known haunted house. 2 70's hotties & an arrogant scientist team up w/ psychic McDowall to uncover the truth which turns out to be an evil spirit still pissed-off about being born a shorty. Really, that's what it ends of being ... a midget ghost who sawed off his own legs & attached normal-sized plastic ones. He remained angry about it even in death. Roddy finds his preserved corpse who, in a 2 minute cameo, turns out to be actor Michael Gough (Alfred from the Keaton Batman movies).

Fantastic 4: sci-fi movie 6/10 Fantastic Four movie 2/10
I tried to watch it with an open mind and opinion but there was so much that was not the Fantastic Four about this movie. And they just completely screwed up Doom. I mean like really, really bad. They would have been better off just calling it something else and releasing it.

Mad max: fury road 8.5/10
Wasn't expecting much but really enjoyed it. I thought they captured the bizarreness of the world really well, loved the vehicle with the guitar player and the drums
