The statue looks like it was stretched from the top-left corner. That's got to be lens distortion. Put the photo into an editing program and pull the top-left corner back in to straighten the folds of the curtain. The statue ought to straighten as well.

Lets all keep in mind that City Hunter Predator was in fact leaning at the Prime 1 booth at Tokyo Comic con. It's worrying for sure.

Yeah it?s the angle man. The one older pic is from a straight on angle.

Using Photoshop's Measurement and Arbitrary Tool to determine a leveled point, in this case it's the bottom of the horizontal bar on the garage shelf and then applying a crossbar for reference, it seems as though the original picture is tilted to the left, causing it to make it look like the statue has a lean. This is by no means 'Scientific' but by looking at the original picture, it does seem like it's leaning when it may not necessarily be the case imho. The metal curtain rod above is also not on a leveled plane so the original picture is truly distorted.

Yep, perspective distortion due to the short lens and high angle form which the photo was taken. And rotation.

The user uploaded another photo which was a bit better, but still had some perspective distortion. I rotated and de-warped it in Photoshop to try and get as many horizontal and vertical lines as possible.

The statue's center of gravity still hovers a bit in front of the legs (this was also the case with the prototype, especially in the 360-degree videos), but it's not as skewed anymore.

This will be a difficult piece to photograph due to its size. Small focal lengths and short distances will distort it. This is why collectible companies have their photographers stand several meters away and use long lenses when they take their official photos.

It's lens distortion. Look at the size of the gort vs bio mask.

How is everyone planning on displaying this beautiful statue? I was looking into moducases and it seems like this will be on the edge of their MAX150 length/width.

It won’t fit the Max150. I’ve already measured. The depth is the restriction
