I do agree I do not recall after the trial if there was even any talk of trying to find the real killer.
I might be mistaken, but I think you just missed the intended sarcasm in ukshaun's last sentence.

If O.J. been decided as guilty it would have caused even more upheaval and additional deaths at the time than having 1 more person in prison would have been worth.

Most people at the time knew this especially after the trial had drawn on for so long and for those that didn't know many learned that the ideal of justice can be very different from reality.

You have a point, LA might've burned for the 2nd time in 3 years.

I do see the sarcasm in what ukshawn said but he was correct in what he said is that there was no mention about trying to find the "real killer" after OJ was found not guilty. Once the trial was over, the legal system decided to do nothing and just closed the door on the whole situation.

? The legal system did it's job. The killer was put on trial, but wasn't convicted. The end.

Correct, OJ was the one who stated he was going to devote his time to finding the real killer...I think the entire nation rolled their eyes at that one.

It seemed the trial hinged on a tight fitting glove. Fact is, the glove did go on, and he managed to put the glove on while wearing white (plastic/rubber?) gloves, presumably the type of gloves designed not to contaminate the gloves worn during the murders.
OJ acted as if the glove was a tight fit. On removing the gloves, they came off with ease?

If OJ was innocent, then why did he decide to drive off in his Bronco, and get involved in a police chase?
An innocent person would have remained at the scene and helped the police. It fails to make sense.
