we already saw that level in action I believe, i'm guessing it's the one where the bodies can occasionally pop out of the water to be used as environmental attacks

Unless it is supposed to be concept art for a new look/version of that level.

I have a feeling these are going to surpass the Street Fighter Statues in value. When Akuma and Ryu and Ken first came out they didnt shoot up in value not nearly as fast as these MK Statues.
