Although I agree with the people saying "yes" because of people abusing the system, i can see why people sometimes need to transfer orders. A lot can happen between PO and shipping and people's situations change.

Yes please get rid of the transfers,i imagine it eats up a lot of limited time the customer service dept has at PCS,and therefore could have more time to serve customers with real problems

if you are going to get rid of transfers put in a legit waitlist and order tracking system. otherwise transfering should continue

I started a thread on this a while back. Personally, I think it is a great benefit to loyal customers. And yes, you will get flippers in the mix. But what about implementing a transfer fee to make it worth your while? It would be a fee most would pay, don't you? If you did this it would take some of the incentive away from flipping. Just my 2 cents.
