Best trick play ever!
http://www.ebaumsworld.com/video/watch/29651/
Man i wish my football coach in high school would let us have done plays like this. One of the better trick plays i seen in a long time.
I also like when we did the rosebud!!!!

Pretty funny, but did they let that play stand? It was fun to watch and all, but I was under the impression that any deliberate act meant to fool the other team into believing that there won't, in fact, be a snap is against the rules.
Of course, it's just kids, so it doesn't really matter. I'm just curious. Pretty neat.

Nope it was all legal. He snapped the ball, and no one moved off sides. So the play still stood and just fooled everyone to think something was wrong.
During my 9 years of playing foodball i seen all sorta of tricks like this.
We even had one where the center snapped the ball but never gave it to the QB. THe Qb ran around like he had the ball and either me as the tail back or the Full back would get the ball fromt he center and run it.
Long as the ball is snapped and no one is off sides, the play is live no matter how weird it is.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

almost got it right. had no one on the team or coaching staff said anything while he's walking to the sideline, it would have been a legal play.
rules state that any verbage used to decieve the opposing team about the status of the ball eg, fake hike counts by linemen, hey coach i cant find the kicking tee, can i have a new ball, etc...the play is ruled dead, and it's a loss of down.

People applaud this?
Why not just give the QB a pistol?

Car50n is right about the rules, but listening to the video i didnt hear any coaches or people saying somethig is wrong with it.
All i herd was him say go to run. But long as no one used verbal tricks, the ball is snapped and the play is live.
