I cancle my order and Sideshow give me only a Sideshow Credit for future orders.
I should wait some weeks till it will be refundet.
paid via PP but they told me they can not refundet it on PP or credit card.

would be interessing to see this discussion by a court.
I am not 100% sure but I think its your right to have a $ payback and not a refund? Anyone knows for sure the law or pre order contract situation?

I'd say just try talking to someone else again.
Customer Service reps can easily get... over zealous.

Just cancelled my orders. On the list for a full refund. They asked the reason and I stated it was due to delays. So they said it'll take a couple of weeks to process that list. Then a few weeks to get the check.

Bad CS if you have to HOPE TO GET THE RIGHT PERSON for your „problem“. customers should get a clear answer at this point and topic and helping you ... Hoping to get the right person at CS is bad CS... just my 2cent.

Hmm, I have quite a few orders paid in full. I'm wondering whether some will hold their value like 1/3 Chun Li, Sagat and Goro or if I'd be better off getting SS credit? I do like these stautes but at the same time I feel PCS killed their aftermarket values too.

Cancelled my order with Sideshow for almost 3 years ago and ended up getting a credit. At least it was easy to cancel through Sideshow. I guess I have to wait a few weeks to reflect on my account. Didn't even realize they didnt even cancel my order. I just didn't feel like dealing with a headache of more delays.
Poor Sideshow employees having to cancel a million orders in such a small time frame. I'm glad they are amazing at custom service to get these orders processed and done. They are the unfortunate ones that has to deal with this cluster---- of a mess

I think Sideshow has the best customer service in the Industry.
