So the pay in full feature is now gone? I'm out then. Ordering from PCS at the reduced rate was literally the only reason I still ordered from them, and the fact that they shipped through ups which also resulted in cheaper shipping and vat for me. Epic fail. In fact, I need to know if the Raphael that I paid for in full will still be shipped through PCS via Ups and not FedEx, otherwise I'm getting a full refund on that.
This announcement does not help me in the slightest, in fact takes away every single reason to order from PCS now.

Regarding my situation, I only have worries.
I am still waiting for 1 refund, it's been 7 months.
They sent me a gift card last week, what will happen with in store credits?

Yes. With this partnership hopefully comes some speed to outstanding refunds and replacements. Once those are handled maybe pcs can finally start moving in the direction they want.

This is ultimately good news as we don't have to deal with the fear of PCS folding up randomly one day and us being out of our money. Still, I wonder how competitive PCS products will be without the pay-in-full discounts...
Also, it was better rate-wise for me when they started shipping things out of NC and not the west coast. That's not a huge deal though.
I'm also curious about where the money for all of the overdue refunds will come from, and I know we'll never get the financial details of this partnership, but I'm curious as to how the financial incentive that Sideshow is being given to clean up the mess and handle CS going forward is being funded. Will this result in higher prices, a sacrifice in recent quality improvements, etc.?

I'm literally asking myself the same question... Also what will future Turtles cost?

I think this is something people should do for all collectibles they're planning on getting that still have pay-in-full discounts.
I'd imagine future turtles will cost at least $500. I'm starting to wonder if I should cancel Raph, as I was comfortable at $400ish per turtle but not as comfortable at $500+ (no more pay-in-full discount).

Bingo. And frankly, the only reason I order the He-Man/Battlecat combo was because of the discount. Same with Conan. Not crazy about this transition, though I understand why they're doing it.
