Speaking of which... Heavy bags are somewhat over-rated, aren't they? I box recreationally (haven't in months, though), and surf/run... which works most of the same muscles a heavy bag works, I think.
I haven't owned one in years, but I'm also not goin' to the gym anymore.. and I remember it's a good "burner".
