Help needed! Blue clone trooper mini bust - premier guild collectors exclusive

My LCS is offering this for £11, but I can't find any pictures of it anywhere and he can't send a picture of it.

It isn't the ROTS bust and apparently, it has no arms...

any one help me out ?
