they created my label last Friday and shipped out on the Monday. so yea there is a problem since you live in AZ you should been got it before me in NYC. This box is heavy.

first the packing was super crazy triple boxed never did I see any company try that box over box over box and they didn't use that white cheap foam insert that will leave all them white pellets behind. Now this statue is just out of this world detailed, every inch was covered from the muscles to the skin layers. you just have to see it in person, photos and video cant capture it all. my favorite were like the sweat on his face plus the redness when he press his feet up and the fingers when he does the fireball. its so real man this is the best RYU of all time without all the D*** riding that is going on now days. Only problems I see is that I'm not sure if it will lean in the future due to RYU leaning forward and only one pin on the left feet, it does shake a bit if you tap him, the feet pin doesn't sit all the way down which leaves a small gap, my base did have a repaired hole for the feet pin, I think they measure it wrong. The extra bust stand is like the best thing ever made. its like having 2 statues displays so the other don't go to waste. ERICK can you answer if your signature is real or a print on? because its hard to tell since its white ink. Bottom line this RYU statue is G.O.A.T. you must see in hands and ask questions last. I can go for along time but i'll stop here, I did look at it for like 2 hrs hahaha no joke. Thanks ERICK you a ROCKSTAR!!!

yea the packing is TOP NOTCH!
I do have that extra stand for the spare torso.
I wish every company had that, especially for the change of head..

I also paid in full for just the statue but I'm still waiting for my shipping invoice.
So I still don't have my Ryu. My inv # is 480. So perhaps they haven't gotten to that number yet.
My Ryu is for the 1/6 scale, so not sure if they are only sending out just the 1/4 first?
I also emailed Glen and Eric on 7/2/17 asking about the shipping invoice, but no reply as of yet. I'm just giving it some time since I've sent that email during the holiday of the 4th.
