Yeah, it was fantastic.

It felt absolutely fresh, like this was the first Spider-Man film I'd ever seen. I hope Tom Holland is allowed to grow into becoming adult Spidey, because he's perfect.

And the Vulture is up there with Loki and Red Skull

Really?! Damn, your reviews make me excited to see it, Rich. Do you think this movie is that much better because Disney had a hand in making it? Or do you think Sony has found the right crew to take on this flagship character without the Mouse House?

I think that because it's part of the universe, there's a lot of interconnectivity and it all feels like a comfortable lattice work with spidey being a small fish in a big pond, which felt really gives him that essential outsider vibe he's always been missing

It definitely feels like a Marvel movie, not how the non Disney films like x-men or FF felt like another studio playing with marvels characters, if that makes sense.

I can't wait for Spiderman. Saw the latest trailer and it looks freaking good.

Scorned, 2013 (i think)
horror

2 out of 10
It is quite terrible. House of the Dead is way better, to put things in perspective.

The Last Witchhunter
action adventure

Vin Diesel in the titular role, as usual Vin has little to no personality, and delivers the lines in his usual cold deadpan way, like every other Vin Diesel role, Riddick, XXX, etc. The film feels very long at times, but isn't terrible.

I liked it, went in blind, loved the little dark touch to it.
