usually runs about $30 per book. there are different scales regarding how fast you'd like it returned or what age your book is. most of them these days are "modern".

You guys do realize that CGC is not just grading your comics based on the front and back covers right?

They actually open your comics and scan every page front and back, so if there is a problem on the inside they reflect this on your grade.

A lot of people when sending in comics only check the front and back...poor move. As this is why people end up with 9.4's and 9.6's.

I CGC some of my books, but normally ones I want to perserve/protect for investment reasons. Others are signed and are for my personal collection.

Not to mention it helps to authenticate signatures, so you do not get duped.

Was not aware of that aspect of grading. Makes sense since they are putting White Pages or Off-White Pages on the label.

ha! thats my boys game room, the loft actually. after having sooooo many issues with "sharing", years ago we just opted to get everyone their own xbox. yeah, they have their own consoles, gamer tags, and tv's.

edit: last night scored some badass slabs. got my chew #1 and a few bedlam #1's. my new investment portfolio.

Isn't it more for older books?

Congrats on the collection, Rob!
