xbox live and downloading question

Hi all,

My son wanted to download some SW Battlefront II Maps on Live. Since this is a XBOX game and not a 360 game, it won't use my available points and it wants a payment source.

Where do I go online or whatever to put in a payment source for downloading these maps.


P.S. my XBOX Live gamertag is Cougar Red.

One way is to go to xbox.com log in to "my xbox", and under "account management" is "Add Microsoft Points". Hope that Helps.

I already have available points, but I've been told that there is somewhere I must put in CC source for games that don't take points.

I did not know you could pay for content with a credit card except to buy Microsoft points. I do know they have been having problems with not being able to buy or use points. There is a thread on the xbox forums under live marketplace discussing the problem. The one thing I might try, because Battlefront is an Xbox game, is hook up the old xbox to the internet put in battlefront and see if it lets you use the points for the purchase that way. Sorry I could not be more help. Asajj and Kit Fisto are fun additions.

Wish I could help but back in my Xbox days I never had to pay for anything, cause most maps and new items were free. Only thing that were sold was early releases of some Halo stuff that eventually came out anyways.
