That forced perspective base takes way too much of your attention. It's the first thing I saw instead of Spidey, who I think looks good.
I'm glad Sideshow is trying something different with the bases but it's really not working for me at all.

Agreed. Also excited for them to try something new. Miles and Gwen looked "fine." Not sure about this one. May still pick up M and G if they do some other spiders that complement them.

If they must do these bases, dont have the statue connect to that part of the base!
Do it as with psylocke, statue in front, and tiny buildings in the back.
Or not at all.
This illusion doesnt work like this, imo

Absolutely horrendous. This base (like the Miles and Gwen pieces) ruins the whole statue for me. Only good thing - A LOT of money saved as I probably would have purchased all 3 if they had regular, fairly simple bases. SSC, didn't you learn anything from the terrible XM Spidey/Mary Jane forced perspective base statue (which didn't sell well at all)?
