Following their suspension, UGToys emailed customers the following notice:
"Dear Ebayer
Just an email to let you know that Ebay have suspended us and have not given us a reason for this,
we are in contact with ebay to sort this problem.
Please do not worry all orders will be fulfilled. If you have any queries please contact us on sales@ugtc.co.uk.
Or you can call us on tel no. 0870 243 2210 we will be happy to update you."

yes we have been suspended and ebay have not given us a reason why? we will be forfilling all orders, ebay have been in contact though they are in a backlog at reviewing suspension appeals but this will take up to 3 weeks. this has caused us a slight backlog as we now have to work from paper records.

I did try to email all ebay customers to advise them of the suspension and give contact details as per the previous post above.

Yep. Received the same email. I phoned them about LOTR items I won. Shipping is expected within a few days. Will keep you informed.

That`s strange why ugtoys would be suspended. The only reason I can think of is the 14-21 day delivery thing, and that ebay was looking on them as pre-order auctions

if they had 2 accounts, that could be it. the preorder is something that i've rarely seen them take down, let alone suspend.

ebay have still not come back to us on any of the accounts as to why they have suspended us and I'm getting really frustrated now. The 14 - 21 day delivery is within ebays policy guidelines. They have just got a vendetta against us.
