has anyone dealt with starstore.com ?

I ordered some busts from them and was told would be 14 days. now 3 weeks later not received anything. I have emailed them a number of times but get no reply.
Anyone dealt with them before?

Yes, I used to get my stuff from them a few years back, when they had a Starstore shop in Sheffield. They still run a small comic shop in the Meadowhall Shopping Centre, called Last Picture Show. I'm sure if you contact them there they should be able to explain the delay. I've PMed you the telephone number. Best of luck!

I think you'll be fine with them, they're still trading very healthily from the shop in Meadowhall.

Main problem with them is their website, which tends to still list unavailable products for sale. Needs an update I think.

Yeah i noticed that too also they don't seam to reply to emails either

Finally got through to them today to be told that my orders had been cancelled as they didn't have the items. They didn't think to inform me about this

All the items in the order are still showing on their site

Bunch of clowns imho. will stick to reputable dealers in future
