Not all of them but I would say a pretty amount of them do. I think mostly items that are made in china or countries that doesn't have such harsh rules with the environment. But when the items come here, the companies have to post those warnings.
SSC does have some of their statues with those warnings as well, like the new..
Poison Ivy
Aspen
Black Widow
To name a few by SSC
A lot from DC collectables as well

SSC has Durotan 2 and Grom $150 off with reduce shipping... I pulled the trigger on Durotan 2.......... =)

Yes, with Grom, you can do payment plan for 3 months

When I select that and go to "Place Your Order" it says "Due Today: $1290", even though I selected the 3-month flex-payment plan.

If you go to the Gorm page to see him, you'll see on your right hand side a (+) sign. Click on it and choose the 3 months for the #'s of payments and apply than proceed to do the check out.
If that doesn't work see if you can do a chat with them and ask
