I was thinking same thing, if i cant get replacement or a proper refund for the arm not attaching with magnet, then i would just get guldan

I am thinking $250 mininum for a partial refund on something like this, plus mine had small damage on left leg and doesnt go all the way down on peg to base

They offered me $100 to keep mine, hahahaha. I said no thanks. I would rather return it. I ordered both Guldan and the other guy from Damtoys.

Yeah that's basically robbery. Greedy-ass Sideshow. If mine comes damaged and they pull some ---- like that, essentially preventing me from keeping a statue I really ----ing want, I'll be pissed beyond reason.

Impressive pieces, too bad they are suffering from production/engineering issues. Good thing I'm not a Warcraft fan or these will must haves. Thanks for the great shots Steve.
