WOW, sorry to hear that grphyx1. I've had 3 knee surgeries myself and I know how painful that can all be. I hope you recuperate fast!

I thought the knee surgery was bad, I've had three myself, this was excruciating. I actually passed out twice and my body started convulsing. Rough.

Dang dude, sorry to hear. I've heard horror stories at the gym where that's happened to people. Hope the recovery goes smoothly.

Thanks for the sympathy guys. Still working through the whole being mad at myself for the stupidity. The sucky part was that it is not sports related (my first knee surgery took care of all that sports related thing). Very random, me trying to stop my shopping cart loaded with groceries from toppling sideways into the street. The edema is now showing through but I'm walking and stretching and stuck in an insurance PT capitated nightmare. Choosing to ignore. Luckily I was always pretty flexible from kickboxing several years so that helps a lot.
Anyways, forwarding questions through post #138 to Chad.

Those shopping carts, man...no joke. Best of luck and take it easy.
