Even without the Infinity Gems, Thanos would win this very easily.
As smart as Reed Richards, if not smarter...
As strong as the Hulk...
Mightier than the Silver Surfer...(In terms of 'cosmic power' etc.)
And he is a High level magic-user...
You really think Darkseid can top this? Personally, I don't.
