my cart has 3 dhalsim warehouse gem ...
when i click on it the cart is empty
i relog
and see 3 dhalsim again
goes into cart
its empty
i am logged and use the link in the mail
impossible to order
...
shin or not i can buy nothing

After you log in, click on the preorder tab, then on shin akuma. The preorder should be opened up for you from there.

Did you order the ultimate akuma? If so, once you log into your account, click on the preorder tab and select shin akuma. You should be able to add the item in your cart from there.
If you didn't order the ultimate akuma, you will need to wait until Monday.
