Hello Rebecca,

I accidentally ordered an item from your old website and was told that it was supposed to get canceled since the item is now selling at a higher price and your old website isn't used anymore. Could you cancel the order for me? It was order #1006 for the Scorpion Life Size Bust from your old website. Thank you

everyone please give PCSRebecca a bit of time to deal with so many issues. As they get through the mound of craziness i am hoping things will get better.

you have already waited for a long time and she seems to be doing her best to deal with a LOT of stuff.

I find it bizarre that a company deals with customer service via a public forum. Direct contact via telephone or email would make more sense.

Bizarre, indeed. Calling out PCS on the forum bumps the priority of an email case, er, sometimes. I've been waiting for a 1:3 refund since February. Lots of 5-10 day estimates from accounting, to no avail.

The management needs to remember who keeps their forum supporters in business, before calling for more patience and understanding.

It's sometimes the only way you can get anywhere. I've been waiting weeks for just a response to emails I've sent. I love the pieces that PCS put out but their customer service wait times leave MUCH to be desired
