Modding a CM T-850!!!!!

I`m pretty sure the guns cheap plastic - it creaks when you touch it.

The photos on the CM website display the statue without the sling - I might do the same as its not helping matters.

I cant recall if Arnie had sling or not in the movie..?

Huh? The hair looks perfect to me. It looks like a real person, especially the newer ones that are shipping now.

I agree that the gun looks kind of weak. I'd love to see what you guys are able to come up with on this one. I still have my eye on picking up one of these statues next year. At the rate they are selling/shipping them, they should definitely still be around.

Definately. The hair are quite good as it doesn't look like a 12" toy.

That's the more accurate "man" like statue I have never seen.

In that case, the removal of the seam should be easy. The rest should also be easy to change w/ a little paint. I was worried it was made out of vinyl type rubber that is harder to work w/.

Yap. Some sand paper, putty, primer, gloss black base paint, and a coat of gunmetal with airbrush should make the gun improve 100%.

Can't wait to try it myself when I have the time.
