I have never bought a EE before. I joined the collectors society last month and I think this Obi will be my first purchase since I do not have this piece. How does it work? Does the saber just come up on the site on Sept 29th and I order?

And what makes this saber different from the other Obi 1 they released?

On that day/time you log into your account (make sure you do this) in order to see it. Click and order away! That's it.

They're made from "higher" grade materials and are more limited. This is the third EE so far.

I see... thanks P1X4R. Does MR's charge your account right away or when it ships? I have not seen anything on when it is suppose to ship.

i inquired about that. MR will charge when they are ready to ship. i hear it'll be around early november.

Damn, I was hoping I could flip one Obi EE to pay for the other. I flipped my #6 ANH Luke EE to pay for my AT-AT SE, since I wasn't that impressed with it. I even had some cash left over.

This Obi saber is AMAZING, though. I may keep this one. I have the Ep. III Vader single SE helm coming in Dec., so this may have to be sacrificed to help pay for that.

I also want to get the Falcon next year to go with the AT-AT. Hopefully it stays around the $2k mark. I would MAYBE consider $3k if it had Ford's signature.
