Yes, it is . . . for the EX version. The regular (excuse me, "Collectors") edition is still TBD and will probably be at least double the EX.

The sentinel head is severely undersized for it being a sentinel. When you look at the hand on xms sentinel throne, the hand is appropriately sized. So the sentinel head should be just as big underneath this mags feet. Xms wolverine sentinel head is a great example of that as well. Honestly, I dont know why anyone would drop this sort of cash on this turd is beyond me. We'll probably end up seeing a better looking magneto around the same price point in the future. Companies know the demand is there. Just gotta be patient. .

I don’t think the EX will be selling for steep discount aftermarket. Heck people pay $200-$300 for custom heads and the unmasked head on the EX is one of the better ones I’ve seen.
But The reg will go for cheaper.

I'm actually surprised the ES is over 1000. For the price and the negative feedback I was thinking more of 750. I guess it is selling better than I thought.

the initial feedback was overall negative, but after some of the SS changes hasn't it changed to a more positive note? maybe i'm out of touch

agree, the changes to the physic and pose were a big enough improvement for me personally. The sculpt looks great and both head sculpts are excellent IMO. I've preordered the EX and threw $280 in rewards points towards the order. The unmasked head was key for me

Yes, the changes has for the most part been positive but the price tag and the change from PF to Maq created a perfect storm for other reasons to be negative towards this piece.
I've pre-order anyways.

oh was it originally slated as a PF release? wow, had no idea - that would make sense, they price without reason with the maquette tag
