If this is true, and it sounds like it is! Tweeterhead needs to make a Discowing Nightwing sooner rather than later so we can complete the Titans set. Nightwing is the leader.

UGGGG I was going to do a Titans setup with this Robin and a Justice League setup with the Batman. After seeing the new pics of Robin and Batman together, and now reading about the base, I dont know what I'm going to do. The way the capes flow in the same direction and how good they look together, I gotta put the Bat family together.

Now I wish Supergirl and Superman had the same sort of matching setup.

Tweeterhead should consider making a separate New Teen Titans base that fits this statue.

Why not make alternate bases or even new alternate exclussive pieces? Understanding it all comes down to the budinrss numbers... Prime One made alernate heads for their Dark Knight Returns 1/3.

People love to customize/personalize stuff. It think companies may be leaving cash sitting on the table...

You basically answered your own question. When people personalize their statues, they're making their own variants. Not everyone wants the same variant, and statue companies aren't hobby shops.

I once asked Sideshow if they'd fix something for me -- not make a custom but restore a piece to its original state. They said they don't do that kind of work. Statue companies basically just design and sell stuff that is sub-contracted to factories elsewhere.

Thing is FOR ME, the only reasonable way to collect, for financial and space issues is to buy only one representation per character.

I decided that this is my Joker, I close my eyes and this is the image that pops in my head. Therefore, I need to find the same one for Batman and Robin.

I do believe that is a dangerous way if one keeps buying all the pieces he likes of the same characters.

So far, my only exeption is Spiderman, which i have a black suit commissioned and one red.
