Modding a CM T-850!!!!!

Ok ok... dont beat me with foam padding.

I`m looking at the great Arnie statue - he looks like arnie, hes covered in lovely leather, real hair.

But, hes holding a gun that looks like its come from a lucky bag. I mean the carry straps all wrinkly, Its got a huge seam down its center, the woods straight from IKEA..and the metal finish couldnt be more plastic if it wanted to.

Anybody had any great ideas how to mod this to meassure up to the rest of the piece or know a reputible model maker that might want to produce one (or a few if peeps are interested) for replacement?

I`m into collecting guns, lots of guns, mostly airsoft and always upgrade to metal this and that... this plasticy thing hes holding is beginning to bug me...

Hee hee...

I was thinking about customing the gun myself also. The seams bothers me a lot.

Man, do you ever have anything nice to say? Why put down on what other people are spending on their collections. Apparently enough people do like this piece.

Like sculpted hair would be better?

Its the best likeness money can buy. Full stop. Whether or not you like the hair or have the money you cant get a better statue of Arnie...

And can you not read...its the gun that sucks

Hair looks pretty good to me!

The gun does look a little "plastic-ky" in the pics, and I can see the beginning of the seam along the barrel. Maybe something as simple as a repaint would work (after removing the seam of course... )? I've had good success replicating gun metal by spraying the weapon flat black then working some powdered graphite over the top w/ my finger. Give a nice "blued" look to the piece. What is the gun made of?

Your airsoft collection is off the hook!! WOW!!
