I bought a Silhouette Cameo craft cutter about a year and now that I finished grad school, I have time to really figure out how to use the software and the different media. Lately I have been experimenting with custom vinyl stickers.
I took photographs of the Art of Sucker Punch book for the logo of each girl. The Silhouette does have a function for converting bitmap images to vector for the cutter. It doesn't work perfectly, so all the images required heavy Photoshop manipulation. Even with that, it still took about 6 hours of custom clean up in software to get clean logos. I cut the logos on Silhouette's repositionable (removeable) black matte vinyl.
As you can tell by the cut sheet, I don't like wasting gaps so I fill them with whatever graphic I have on hand that I may be able to use later. I haven't figured out if I am going to use the "Sucker Punch" title logo. I might do it larger and put it behind the girls. But I am happy how this turned out.
I thought about putting the logos on the clear acrylic bases but since I have spent shells scattered about, I felt placing the logos above looked better. This works best because these statues are on the top shelf at eye level. I might do this for the TWD Maggie and HT Whisper.
